When you’re unhappy, we’re unhappy. We will do whatever is reasonably possible to ensure that you are satisfied with every Straight Razor Designsllc purchase. We realize that there are many places for you to shop. Not only do we value the fact that you chose us, but we want to build a long term relationship. We will always try to go the extra mile for you.
Shipping:
We ship worldwide, including military APO and FPO addresses. We will ship our products to U.S. customers utilizing USPS or UPS at this time, and to all other countries via USPS. International shipments are processed in accordance with US regulations. We cannot ship Products that contain alcohol overseas or by air. We cannot be responsible for customs or postal laws and regulations imposed by the destination country.
Taxes/Duties :
US - Orders delivered within the state of Ohio are subject to Ohio sales tax. Applicable taxes will be automatically added to such orders during the checkout process.
International - Any applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Payments:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Bank Cards, PayPal and American Express for orders placed online via our web site's secure shopping cart. Credit card processing is provided by PayPal - one of America's largest and most respected secure online credit card processors.
Warranties:
Many of the products we offer include specific warranties offered by their individual manufacturers. Warranty replacements and/or repairs are the responsibility of those manufacturers. Should you require warranty service; Straight Razor Designs will assist you in any way possible to obtain service from any manufacturer. However the terms of the applicable manufacturer's warranty will guide the process.
Returns:
Straight Razor Designsllc will accept the return of any new product found to be defective upon arrival. We will also accept the return of any product that, upon examination, you are simply unsatisfied. However, we are unable to accept the return of customized, personalized, or special-ordered items or products which have been used.
All merchandise returns must be in as-received, unused condition, in the original package and any existing factory seals must be intact. Returned merchandise must be received no later than 30 days from date of purchase.
Due to the possibility of contamination and our inability to confirm that the product is "unused" we are unable to accept the return of soaps, creams, lotions or toiletries which do not have a secure tamper-proof package seal or those items whose seal has been removed. We will not accept the return of items purchased and returned because the scent is not the scent preferred.
All returns must be pre approved. Please do not ship the product back prior to contacting us. Email us at service@straightrazordesigns.com for details on how to return a product.

Straight Razor Designsllc reserves the right to limit quantities purchased or to decline an order entirely if our acceptance or fulfillment would constitute a departure from the normal scope of our service or if, at our sole discretion, acceptance would impose upon us any unreasonable obligation, risk or liability. Any such order may be cancelled in whole or in part and refunded appropriately.
